PVC as a product is very unstable, it goes brittle in about two months. It will discolour to a light brown in about the same time. Ink will come off in parts if the PVC is more than two months from original date of manufacturer. And finally the PVC will loose the static cling ability over about two months depending on the UV conditions of the area. Here is an example of what one must expect, the ink came off almost immediately. Fortunately Autosignz have developed an exclusive process that overcomes all these issues.
There are other issues that we don’t mention but are just as important for the banner to be user friendly like material thickness and colour density.
We reproduced the banner for the customer as shown below and gave the customer a guarantee for one year.
